This film by the Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE) highlights the use of innovative approaches to deliver the services people need in a way that they want. The film highlights the work of three voluntary agencies who have found affordable solutions to different challenges: Headway, Keyring and 'Heart n Soul'.
