There are various ways to get in touch with Oxfordshire Adult Social Care: you can write, ring, send an email or fax.
The Social and Health Care Team
The Social and Health Care Team was launched to provide a single point of access for people contacting Oxfordshire County Council for adult social care services. The multi-skilled unit:
- provides information, advice and sign posting on any query related to social care
- delivers an assessment of needs at the first point of contact
- refers to a specialist team as necessary
The team is the main access point for all people contacting adult social care services.
The team currently undertakes 100,000 calls and carry out about 6,000 assessments a year across the county.
