Complaints process
At Oxfordshire County Council are committed to providing you with high quality services, but there may be times when you think we do not get it right. When this happens we want to hear about it so we can try and put things right.

Our aim is to:
- Give you clear information about how to complain

- Apologise when things have gone wrong
- Make sure we put any problems right
- Improve services as a result of complaints.
