If I have a comment, compliment or complaint ...
If you disagree with a decision about your budget
Complaints, compliments and comments
It is very important for us to know what you think of our social care service, so we can continue to improve in our work. Your complaints, comments and compliments are especially valuable, because they help us to focus on areas which need our attention.
If you disagree with a decision about your budget
If you believe that you your personal budget is too low, you can ask us why. If you disagree that your support plan has not been approved, we can look at your assessment again.
To do this, you can send us a letter, or simply ask your care manager to look into your concerns.
We will look into your appeal and try to find a solution together with you.
Complaints, compliments and comments
If you are still unhappy about a decision, you may wish to make a formal complaint. To get help with this, please contact our Complaints Service. The Complaints Service can advise you on how to make sure your complaint is looked into and resolved.
You can also tell us when things are going well for you and you want to make a compliment! Compliments are always passed on to teams and individuals and tell us how we can continue to do well.
